Double win for Path at IDI Design Awards 2023

We are honoured to announce that we have won both the Website Design and Universal Design categories at the IDI Design Awards 2023.

The awards recognise design excellence and a commitment to universal design principles and sustainability.

Path’s work for BusinesstoArts.ie won Best Website Design and Co-Art.eu won for Universal Design.

The jury commented on the “evident thinking around information design, content design, and interaction design to facilitate a clear, focused, and pleasing website."

Thank you to our clients Business to Arts and the Traction Project for trusting us to create their websites. We thoroughly enjoyed the collaborative process of working with them.

Sustainable Web Design

This year Sustainable Design was added as criteria, recognising that to achieve excellence, design must be sustainable in how it is devised and delivered. Winning projects needed to demonstrate that the concepts and principles of sustainable design are embodied within the project.

The jury were impressed sustainability was considered in the design of the Business to Arts website, commenting  "the website is rated as amazing when it comes to its carbon footprint.”

Universal Design Award

Our design for Co-Art.eu picked up the special award for Universal Design which was presented by the The Centre for Excellence in Universal (CED) part the National Disability Authority.

The Universal Design award recognises design solutions that consider and addresses the needs of users more diverse needs. The jury commented “..the designed ensured inclusion through a creative and sustainable format that increased its appeal to new target groups and audiences.”
