Job Opportunity: Website Support & Digital Marketing Assistant


This role encompasses website support, digital analytics & digital marketing to help our clients strengthen their online presence.

The role:

This role encompasses digital marketing, analytics and website support to help our clients ensure the ongoing quality and success of their website.

You will be a key team member who will work closely with our clients and collaboratively across our team and play a pivotal role in project success.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting our clients with day to day support queries on their website, digital marketing and analytics over the phone and by email.
  • Populating and updating website content using a CMS.
  • Training clients to use their website CMS and digital marketing platforms and analytics platforms effectively.
  • Support clients with their digital marketing activities, set up and integrate Google Tag Manager and providing training to clients on managing this.
  • Undertake website accessibility audits and advise clients on web content accessibly guidelines.
  • Proactively keeping up to date with new developments in accessibility standards, digital analytics, speed optimisation, SEO and other related areas.

Who we are looking for:

  • A logical problem solver who enjoys learning new digital tools and technologies.
  • BA or post-graduate qualification in the area of digital marketing, design, digital media or similar focus area (or demonstrate capabilities to equivalent standard).
  • At least 2 years professional experience in a similar environment.
  • Customer support experience
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and implementing Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity using digital platforms such as Website Content Management Systems, MailChimp, Shopify, Eventbrite, Stripe, PayPal and similar.
  • Focused on attention to details and solutions orientated, with the technical knowledge and tenacity to overcome conundrums.
  • Excellent communicator, not afraid to talk directly with clients, must be fluent in written and spoke English.

Dublin-based. Flexible/remote options are available. The role-holder needs to be based in Ireland (within easy reach of Dublin) and spend at least 5 days a month in our Dublin office. Onboarding and training will take place on-site in our office in Dublin City Centre (following Covid-19 guidelines).

Working hours:
Part time, 20 hours per week spread over 5 days Monday to Friday, (we’re happy to discuss flexible working hours within our core hours of 9am–5:30pm).

Salary range:
27k – 35k pro-rata dependent on experience

Permanent (following 6 month probation)
