Path is seeking an experienced project manager to join our team.
Path is a digital creative consultancy based in Dublin city centre. We work with clients who we believe make a positive impact on the world, including many Arts and Culture organisations. We use our strategic, creative and digital skills to work in partnership with our clients to help them build stronger connections with their audiences and deliver more impact.
Role and responsibilities
The role of project manager includes guiding our client through each stage of the project ensuring they run smoothly, on time and on budget. Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will be a master of organisation, diplomacy and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
This role with suit someone who is ready to move into a role with greater responsibility and significantly impact on project success.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week)
- Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations.
- Clearly communicate project timelines, including milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to both the Path team and the client.
- Control and monitor project scope and manage change requests.
- Lead kick-off meetings, client meetings, team meetings, project retrospectives, and share post-meeting notes and action items.
- Schedule, reschedule, and shift timelines, including milestones, deadlines, and deliverables as needed and share with the client and the team.
- Administer our project management tools (Streamtime and Monday) to create a realistic view of tasks, deadlines, and related resourcing plans.
- Allocate appropriate resources for projects, ensuring clients needs are met without over-burdening the team, while overseeing utlisation rates and capacity.
- Manage, control, and report on the budgetary status of active projects.
- Partner with the leadership team to identify, discuss, and improve creative processes and business strategy.
- Present regular reports to clients during the project life cycle and ensure their satisfaction of the project outcomes.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and seek support during the project lifecycle.
- Assist with ongoing project procurement.
Minimum requirements
- 2+ years professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent verbal and written English
Nice to have
- Project management certification is a plus
- Experience in the world of graphic design or web design and development
- Experience in an agency environment
- Working knowledge of Streamtime would be ideal

Location
This role is based in our offices in Dublin city centre, however, we are open to discussing hybrid working arrangements following the initial training period. If you work from home, you must have privacy, a quiet space without distractions or interruptions, and very good internet reception.
