What the internship involves

You will support our design team across the early strategic stages of projects as well as the design execution. This will include:

• Supporting visual design for digital interfaces and printed materials
• Assisting with research, content design, UX and accessibility audits
• Contributing to the design and testing of wireframes and interfaces
• Supporting clients in updating their websites
• Participating in reviews, workshops and internal discussions

• Have strong attention to accuracy and quality, with a naturally curious and careful mindset.
• Can work independently as well as contribute thoughtfully within a team, communicating clearly.
• Have a portfolio that shows how they think, and an interest in accessible, sustainable and user-centred design.

Qualifications and eligibility

• BA in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Must be fully eligible to work in Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Practical details

Location: Dublin City Centre (on-site, with flexibility for occasional remote work after probation)
Contract: 6-month fixed-term internship, with potential for extension
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start date: Mid-January 2026
Salary: €28,000 per annum
