About us

Path is a fast-paced, client-focused creative agency working with a wide range of clients on diverse projects. Based in the heart of Dublin city centre, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service, keeping projects running smoothly, and supporting our team to do their best work.

We are now seeking a Junior Creative Project Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

This is an entry-level role, with full training and support provided. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build their first hands-on experience in project management and client services.

As a Junior Creative Project Coordinator, you will support the Director and wider team in the day-to-day office administration and coordination of projects. You will help ensure client projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication is clear.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives on keeping things moving, and wants to develop project management skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be trained and supported by the Director and wider team to take on responsibility for:

  • Handle project administration, including onboarding new clients, project set-up in our systems, and supporting invoicing and contracts.
  • Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and project tasks, ensuring the team has the information they need.
  • Track project progress in Streamtime, chasing clients and team members to keep deliverables, approvals, and deadlines on track.
  • Support the Director with project-related administration, including quotations and tender documents.
  • Help with research tasks to support design projects
  • Provide general office administration and reporting support as required.

Skills and Competencies

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and client services
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, and is comfortable speaking with clients daily (by phone, email, video, or in person)
  • Is proactive and persistent, confident asking questions, chasing updates and flagging potential issues
  • Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Is adaptable, willing to learn, and thrives in a supportive team environment

Experience and Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • A qualification or degree in project management, business, design, digital media, or a related field is desirable (but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Previous admin, customer-facing, or creative experience is an advantage
  • We welcome applications from recent graduates without experience eager to start their career
  • Must be fully eligible to work in Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What We Offer

  • Salary range: €27,000 – €30,000 per annum
  • Contract: 12-month fixed term, with potential for extension
  • Location: Dublin city centre office (mainly on-site, with flexibility for occasional remote work after probation)
  • Hands-on project management experience with real opportunities to develop your career
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment.
