Digital Accessibility Consulting

What we did
- Accessibility Audit
- Assistive Technology Testing
- Accessibility Strategy
- Ongoing Consultancy
We are working with one of Ireland’s leading national transport providers to improve accessibility across their digital services, a complex ecosystem of legacy platforms, public-facing websites, and transactional services.
They engaged us as a partner to guide their journey towards full compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA bringing technical depth, clarity, and actionable advice to an evolving programme of work.
The Challenge
The client manages a wide array of digital services, many built on older systems and with varying levels of accessibility. Achieving compliance across the board is a significant challenge, one that requires long-term planning, prioritisation, and consistent technical support.
Rather than a one-off audit, they needed a strategic partner, one who could help map out the path forward, take practical steps, and embed accessibility into both ongoing and future projects.
Our Approach
We are delivering a comprehensive programme of accessibility consulting that includes:
- In-depth audits across multiple digital services
- Manual testing and automated analysis aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA
- Assistive technology testing (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)
- Clear, developer-friendly reports with prioritised remediation guidance
- Support for design and dev teams, including prototyping and retesting
- Input into the client’s long-term digital accessibility roadmap
This work is iterative, responsive, and grounded in real-world constraints, helping the client focus effort where it will have the greatest impact.
What We Delivered
- Comprehensive WCAG 2.1 Level AA audits
- Assistive tech and screen reader testing
- Accessibility strategy and implementation roadmap
- Ongoing testing, prototyping, and revalidation
The Impact
The client now has a far clearer picture of where they stand, and what needs to happen next. Our guidance is helping internal teams understand accessibility more deeply, address known issues, and plan future improvements with confidence. Over time, this will lead to more inclusive services for all users, supporting both legal compliance and public trust.
